I'm interested in discussing procedures and formulas that rapid assessment methods have used to objectively determine mitigation credits and debits, especially if they are a little more scientific than the usual simplistic Acres x Score = Credit/Debit. I've wrestled with this for years. In the book that's coming out in July from Elsevier publishers (see attached), John Dorney and I summarize what we've seen, but still think there must be better ways to do this.
