California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM)
This practitioner level training course is intended to equip participants with the skills necessary to consistently conduct accurate assessments of riverine and depressional wetlands using the California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM). This method has been developed over the past several years as a standardized, cost-effective tool for routine assessment of wetland condition throughout the state of California. The course involves both a classroom and field component, with an emphasis on the field education. In order to successfully complete the course, trainees will be required to pass both a classroom and field-based proficiency examination.
