Call for 2019 SWS Annual Meeting Local Program Committee members

Sub-committee descriptions:
Each sub-committee should have a chair so that we have a main contact person and the total members is just a suggestion. All chairs participate in a monthly leadership call to share updates and ask questions, etc.

  • Abstract Review
    6 members total
This committee reviews abstract submissions, including abstracts submitted for presentation during approved symposia. The abstract review chair(s) finalizes assignments of both oral and poster presentations as well as assists with scheduling of contributed sessions. The chair(s) also approves final poster number assignments and order in poster hall.
