CASS requests proposed WOTUS Repeal not be exempted from the Administrative Procedures Act

September 21, 2017 -  SWS and the other scientific societies within CASS submitted a letter requesting that the proposed Repeal of the 2015 Clean Water Rule not be exempted from the Administrative Procedures Act, which would exempt it from the public review process. Read the full letter .
